9= unspecified person.

Fifth character subdivisions used with the codes X85-Y09.
For example: X95.20 is Assault by shotgun discharge by spouse or domestic partner;
X95.40 is Assault by large calibre rifle discharge by spouse or domestic partner;
Y00.00 is Assault by blunt object by spouse or domestic partner.
